Gennaro, the owner of Farina Santa, opened the restaurant in Ibiza Town in 2019 after having lived in Australia for many years. Being Neapolitan and obsessed with pizza, he thought Ibiza needed a contemporary Neapolitan pizzeria. The pizza served at Farina Santa is exactly the same pizza you can eat on the streets of Naples, using the same high-quality ingredients with a secret recipe for the light and fluffy dough. Although the restaurant has been open for just over a year, Gennaro and his excellent team have managed to secure an ideal place in the minds of pizza and pasta-loving islanders.
